ZI was founded in 2023 by Therapeutic Behavioural Specialists, Grant Burton &
Lea-Anne Bolstad.
Grant & Lea-Anne have a combined-20 years experience, supporting and caring for people dealing with complex traumas, behaviours and disabilities.
Both Grant & Lea-Anne pride themselves on ensuring all services they offer are always client
centred,

Grant and Lea-Anne have both studied and operate from an Strength Based approach using evidence formed strategies that are supported by the CPS model.
