ZI was founded in 2023 by Therapeutic Behavioural Specialists, Grant Burton &
Lea-Anne Bolstad.
Grant & Lea-Anne have a combined-20 years experience, supporting and caring for young
people dealing with complex traumas, behaviours and disabilities.
Both Grant & Lea-Anne pride themselves on ensuring all services they offer are always client

At ZI we aim to support people and their families to navigate through challenges & reach their desired goals.
We are a passionate team, with a wealth of first hand experience & knowledge, who understand the importances of early intervention and prolonged supports.
We are here to help and support our participants and those within the NDIS community.
