Hi, My name is Grant and I have been working in the Community Services industry for 10 years using therapeutic supports to help and assist people and their families.

I have worked with complex traumas, providing behavioural support strategies to ensure the people I have supported reach the best possible outcomes. 

I enjoy seeing people build independence & confidence whilst overcoming obstacles & challenges they may face. My passion is to build a strong connection with people I work with while helping them achieve their goals!  

I enjoy being active and participating in activities around the Newcastle and the Central Coast region. I like video games and having fun out and about in the community. I love to watch and play a good game of soccer or footy! 

Hello, My name is Lea-Anne I have been working in the Out of Home Care sector for over 10 years.

I have enjoyed working alongside young people with severe and complex traumas and

behaviours.

I continue to share and enjoy some amazing memories and times with young people and their

families. I have learned a lot about the gaps in the systems and the supports needed for our

young people in Australia.

I have always had a passion and desire for justice with a strong sense of commitment to the

young people I have had the privilege to work with.

I enjoy advocating and seeing young people in positions of ownership and power over their

own desires, direction in their lives!

I love spending my time exploring and discovering new places. I am always out and about

doing something! Whether it is going for a swim, taking my little furry friends for a walk or

enjoying some fresh air, sun and sand!
