Hi, My name is Grant and I have been working in the Community Services industry for over 15 years using therapeutic supports to help and assist people and their families.

I have worked with complex traumas, providing behavioural support strategies to ensure the people I have supported reach the best possible outcomes. 

I enjoy seeing people build independence & confidence whilst overcoming obstacles & challenges they may face. My passion is to build a strong connection with people I work with while helping them achieve their goals!  

I enjoy being active and participating in activities around the Newcastle and the Central Coast region. I like video games and having fun out and about in the community. I love to watch and play a good game of soccer or footy! 

Hello, My name is Lea-Anne & I have enjoyed working alongside people within my community who are facing signifcant challenges with severe and complex traumas and behaviours. I have been working in the sector for over 13 years. 

 I have learned a lot about the gaps within the systems and the supports needed for people with disabilities and inparticular, young teens and adults. I have always had a strong passion and desire for justice. I enjoy advocating and seeing people with disabilities in positions of ownership and power over their own desires, direction in their lives!

I love spending my time exploring and discovering new places. I am always out and about

doing something! Whether it is going for a swim, taking my little furry friends for a walk, doing arts and craft or enjoying some fresh air, sun and sand!
